Does the PCFort service offer support?
PCFort includes a built in trouble ticketing system (under the help menu) and email support.
Go to the help menu on the software console and select 'Enter Support Request' to activate the trouble ticket system. Add as much information as possible about the problem you are experiencing, as well as any changes made to your computer before the problem started.
Does PCFort offer telephone support?
PCFort does not offer telephone support as part of this low-cost service. If you wish to opt for telephone support there will be a fee for an engineer to assist with your problem..
