User names can be made up of alphanumeric characters only.
No spaces or symbols are permitted.
Passwords
Passwords can be made up of alphanumeric characters only.
No spaces or symbols are permitted.
Encryption Keys
Encryption keys can be made up of any key on your computer.
They are case sensitive.
The encryption key is used to generate a code for scrambling
your data before transmission over the Internet. Your data
is stored encrypted, and is only unencrypted after being returned
to your computer.

FAQ-Encryption Keys
After the initial registration you will receive an email detailing
how to set up your backup selections for your account. Should
you need to restore data to a new computer, download the software
onto the new computer, input your user name, password and
encryption key. You can then select what data to restore onto
